Our vineyards are composed of small plots located in different areas of the hills of the municipality of Povoletto.

This is for two reasons mainly:

- The hilly area of Povoletto is historically made up of many small farms/vineries family-run wineries, each having its particle. The farms still remaining have inherited this fragmentation.

- The location of the vineyards in different areas (each with a different microclimate) allows greater expressive richness of the wine and then the territory.

Our 2 Cru are:

- RIU FALCON: here are our oldest vines. Are situated in the eastern part of the Savorgnano del Torre and grape varieties are Picolit, Verduzzo, and Friulano. The temperatures are a bit cooler than other vineyards and the more clayey soil: this allows both to have good results with white grapes both to work with the botrytis cinerea.

- RONCUS: is a group of micro vineyards at the highest part (300 m) of Savorgano. There are both white and red grapes. The main characteristic is the good  thermal excursion between day and night during the maturation that emphasizes the smell of grapes present. We find the Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, Schioppettino and Cabernet Franc.

The conservation and preservation of the old vineyards (once a vineyard, however small, had about 4 or 5 quality of grapes) has resulted in, for our company, the vinification of a large number of mostly native varieties (Picolit Verduzzo, Refosco, Schioppettino, Cabernet Franc, Friulano, Ribolla) but a small number of bottles produced per vine.
